I Am Peace: A Book of Mindfulness by Susan Verde



Today we read the book
"I am Peace" by Susan Verde.
The task for the next couple days is to 
name one thing that
 you could do every day to be mindful
and help make your worries go away.
Draw a picture of yourself doing 
this mindful practice or write about what
you would do and why.  You may either post it on IRIS 
or try to post it to our google classroom.
