MIndfulness
Today, we read a story
ABC Mindful Me
and discussed ways we could calm ourselves when
we are feeling upset, angry or worried.
We then coloured some strategies
we felt would work best for us.
We will continue to talk about these strategies
throughout the year.
You may want to think of some strategies you and your child
use at home or share your personal strategies
with your child when you are
faced with elevated emotions.
