Report Card Talk

On Tuesday, Ms. McCullough
talked to students about report cards and we reviewed what each indicator meant.
Students gave me a report card as well
for areas I did well in and areas I could improve on.
I have taken their feedback and am excited in use many of their ideas
in my upcoming lessons and planning.
It can be helpful for children to hear areas in your jobs or lives that you
feel you do well at and areas you would like to improve on or goals you have set for yourself.
Our class has been doing very well at
reflecting on their learning and have posted pieces of work they are most proud of to their
iris accounts.
Username and passwords are in their blue folders.
Please let them show you their work
and celebrate with your child the progress and learning
they have done so far this year!

Comments

  1. Our family loves reviewing the IRIS account frequently... what a fantastic way to feature all the things our children learn, to have them write comments about their work, and for parents and teachers to comment on that! We love this system! <3 Thank you very much for sharing that with us <3
