Wacky Wednesday!
We had a busy day today. Here are some of the things we did. Please ask your child about these things to find out more.
Morning Message.
Music
Reading Groups - building stamina and building reading strategies (Eagle Eye and Lips the Fish)
Math - sorting by one or two attributes. We are trying to move away from sorting by colour. If possible sort things at home and emphasize different ways to sort using different attributes like size, shape, type.
Montessori Time
Gym with Ms Ma and Ms Wacker
Social studies - we talked about the Past, Present and Future. We will be looking at their past and changes that they have experienced themselves and in their families. If possible talk to your child about these words as it is a difficult concept and review is helpful.
Remember it is PICTURE DAY tomorrow as well as our Food Truck Welcome Back Event is tomorrow from 5:30-7:00.
